Inspiration(TSX: ISM)(FRANKFURT: OI8) would like to clarify the informationcontained in a news article dated May 15, 2008 entitled "DefamationSuit Chills Would-be Partners" as reported by the Globe and Mail.
Contraryto the information contained in the article, Inspiration is notinvolved in any discussions or negotiations pertaining to a jointventure with any third party.
With respect to the lawsuit,Inspiration has commenced legal proceedings against several individualswith respect to comments made by such individuals on an electronicbulletin board. Inspiration decided to commence legal proceedings inorder to protect shareholder value and prevent the dissemination ofinformation that was made solely to harm the reputation of the Companyand its Langmuir property and it's CEO.
